FEES AND INSURANCE

  • I am an out-of-network provider, so while I don’t deal directly with insurance companies, I will provide you with the required paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend contacting your provider to inquire about your benefits. Another good question to ask is whether you need a prescription from a physician for therapy coverage to avoid surprise, out-of-pocket costs.

  • Individual Therapy is $170 for a 50-minute session.

    Couple & Family Therapy is $185 for a 50-minute session.

    As therapists, we care that our services are accessible. Because of this, we offer sliding scale fees on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to let us know if you would like to explore this option or have any other questions about our rates.

  • Our online platform (Simple Practice) securely stores your payment information, which automatically charges you on the day of your appointment.

  • You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining your session fees and estimated costs prior to your first session.

    If we begin working together, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing from me detailing the expected costs for therapy.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • Yes, our online therapy and communication platforms are HIPAA compliant, meeting the highest standard for health care in the United States.

  • We understand — life happens! Your appointment can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before our appointment time without charge. Within the 48 hour window, you will be charged for the session.

    *Note: Medical emergencies and force majeure are always excluded from this policy.
